John is the President and Business Owner of ServiceMaster of Ottawa and has been since 2007. John is deeply committed to leading the company towards continual growth and excellence. What he most enjoys about his role is the opportunity to create a better environment for everyone involved within the organization, both internally among the team and externally for customers. 

John has been part of the ServiceMaster family since 1994, and has been with ServiceMaster of Ottawa since 2006. His journey with ServiceMaster began by developing and growing one of the franchised brands across Canada for five years, which provided a solid foundation for his role in Ottawa. This extensive experience within the company has spanned nearly three decades, deeply involving him in various aspects of the business and its expansion.

John brings over 35 years of relevant business leadership and experience to the organization. John's motivation stems from a deep commitment to leadership and cultivating a safe, sustainable environment for the team. Witnessing young talents mature and progress within the organization fills him with pride. John is particularly inspired by the prospect of emerging leaders contiuing to nurture a legacy of innovation, care, and excellence that transcends generations.

Ryan's journey into estimating began at a young age, shaped by helping his father with custom home building projects. Spending much of his childhood on job sites in Orillia, Ontario, he gained hands-on experience in pricing small projects. This early exposure laid the foundation for Ryan's career in construction and restoration.

Starting as a technician in disaster response and demolition, Ryan's background in construction equipped him to efficiently support rebuild efforts. Over time, he transitioned into an estimator role within ServiceMaster, leveraging his expertise to assess restoration projects and support clients through challenging times.

Driven by a dedication to customer satisfaction, Ryan prioritizes uplifting clients and fostering positivity during difficult situations. While navigating complex claims presents its challenges, he consistently rises to the occasion, putting his best foot forward to deliver exceptional service.

Ryan's most cherished memories at ServiceMaster revolve around teamwork and camaraderie. He and his colleagues form a tight-knit group, sharing moments of fun and mutual support. Together, they exemplify the importance of collaboration and create a positive work environment where everyone thrives.

Jason is a Senior Estimator, Project Manager and Future Owner/Partner of ServiceMaster of Ottawa and has been working for the company for 28 years. 

Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University, IICRC certifications, and has a strong financial background. Driven by a desire to assist those in need, Jason leverages his strong background to assist homeowners in overcoming challenging situations and returning them to normalcy. 

Beyond his professional pursuits, Jason finds joy in sports, traveling, and spending time with his family, including his 12 year old son Liam, his Aussie-doodle named Roxy and his wife Stephanie who manages a successful maid service company.
